Online Form Fill–up Process for D.El.Ed. Students; Tuition Fees

1. Online Form Fill–up Process for D.El.Ed. Students (2^nd Year,Session:2017-19)  shall start on & from 4.04.2019 to 08.04.2019 (instead of 01.04.2019) keeping in view modification in  the notice given by WBBPE on 29.03.2019.

2.All the B.Ed. Students (4^th Semester, Session: 2017-19) & D.El.Ed. Students (2^nd Year, Session: 2017-19) are requested to deposit/ clear their dues in term of tuition fees (full fee)  till 05.04.2019 positively. After 05.04.2019 tuition fees shall be collected with Late Fine Rs 50/- per day. No further extension/request/ application to change the date or amount of fine will be accepted in any condition.

Online Form Fill–up Process for D.El.Ed. Students (2nd Year,Session:2017-19)

1.   All the D.El.Ed. Students (2^nd Year,Session:2017-19)  are hereby informed that Online Form Fill–up Process in our institute will start on & from 1.04.2019 to 03.04.2019 instead of 27.03.2019 (earlier communication). The modification in Date & Time change for online form fill-up is notified for the students as per Notice No. 68 /BPE/D.EL.ED./2019 Dated: 25/03/2019 given by  West Bengal Board of Primary Education .

2.     All students are requested to join their school internship on 27.03.2019 as per normal schedule (keeping in view modification in date & time for online form fill-up.)

3.    All B.Ed. & D.El.Ed Students are requested to attend their classes regularly.

Migration Certificate,Dol Purnima, and Holi Festival

1.     All the B.Ed. Students (1^st Semester, Session: 2018-20) who’ve not yet submitted their migration certificate for registration purpose are requested to submit their certificate in the office. In addition to this those students who’ve submitted their migration but not filled their Inward Migration Form/ Restoration Form (B.U.Registration Certificate) in the college are requested to fill-up their form on 23.03.2019.

2.     College will remain closed on 21^st & 22^nd March, 2019 for Dol Purnima, and Holi Festival. The institute will remain open on 23.03.2019 with the normal schedule & timings.

Evaluation of Practicum (Viva) B.Ed.(1st Semester, Session: 2018-20);D.El.Ed. Online Application Form Fill-Up

1.    Evaluation of Practicum (Viva) of Course-I, II, IV, V, EPC-1 B.Ed. Examination, 2018 for B.Ed. Students (1^st Semester, Session: 2018-20)   is scheduled to be held on 23.03.2019. All students are advised to appear in the above said examination positively on 23.03.2019 from 10:00 AM onwards.

2.     Students who’ve submitted their practicum files can collect their Practicum Files for Viva-Preparation (if required) on 20.03.2019 onwards (except holidays), otherwise they can collect these files on scheduled date of examination also.

3.     Students who’ve not yet submitted their Practicum Files are requested to submit these files immediately.

4.     Basant Utsav Celebration which is scheduled to be held on 20.03.2019 (2^nd Half) in the college campus has been cancelled due to hectic schedule on that day (Evaluation of Practicum (Viva) Examination, 2018 for 3^rd Semester & 1^st Semester on 20.3.2109 & 23.03.2019).

5.     All the D.El.Ed. Students are requested to Fill-Up their Online Application Form for appearing at Part-I, 1^st Year, D.El.Ed. Examination (Theory) on 27.03.2019. All are requested to bring   one Passport Size Photograph (given at the time of admission online) and valid Registration Certificate which is to be uploaded online. In addition to this all of you’ve to pay Rs 600/-  per candidate (Individual ATM Card required).

Campus Interview,School Internship (D.El.Ed. 2nd Year, Session:2017-19)

1.All the B.Ed. Students (Passed Out or Appearing) are requested to register their Names/ Candidature for Campus Interview (Fountain Head The Global School, Hyderabad) which is scheduled to be held before 30.03.2019 at our college. All are requested register their Names within 26.03.2019.

2.School Internship (P3) (at Upper Primary Level) for  D.El.Ed. Students (2^nd Year, Session: 2017-19) of this institute  shall commence from 23.03.2019 to 30.03.2019 in different co-operating schools. All students are requested to remain present in the Orientation Programme which is scheduled to be held on 18.03.2019. The schedule of School Internship is given below:

Admit Card & Basant Utsav Celebration;Practicum Files & Internal Assignments

1.This is to notify all the B.Ed. Students (1^st & 3^rd Semester, Session: 2018-20 &2017-19) of this institute that Admit Cards shall be distributed from 13.03.2019 onward. All the B.Ed. Students (3^rd Semester) are requested to ensure clearance of all dues in term of Tuition Fee positively. However, B.Ed. Students (1^st Semester, Sesssion: 2018-20) are also requested to deposit their tuition fees (due) of 2^nd semester in the scheduled period (as per previous notification).  

2.     Basant Utsav Celebration is scheduled to be held on 20.03.2019 (2^nd Half) in the college campus. All students are invited to participate actively in the aforementioned celebration.
3. All the B.Ed. Students (1^st Semester, Session: 2018-20) who’ve not yet submitted their Practicum Files (Course-I, II, IV, V, EPC-1) to concerned co-ordinator (s) are requested to submit these files immediately. The date(s) for Evaluation of Practicum (Viva) of Course-I, II, IV, V, EPC-1 of 1^st Semester, B.Ed. Examination, 2018 can be announced very soon (after consultation with external examiner).
4. All B.Ed. Students (3^rd Semester, Session: 2017-19 & 1^st Semester, Session: 2018-20) who’ve not yet submitted their Internal Assignments are requested to submit these assignments till 23.03.2019 positively.
