Orientation regarding School Internship & Simulated Teaching

1.Orientation regarding School Internship & Simulated Teaching is scheduled to be held on 01.02.2018. 

2. All Activities related to Simulated Teaching Practicals in Course-III will be completed from 01.02.2018 to 03.02.2018 and School Internship related Activities will be conducted from 05.02.2018 to 10.02.2018. All students are requested to remain present & participate actively. It is mandatory for all students.

Distribution of Admit Cards

1. Admit Cards for the B.Ed. Students (1st  Semester, Session: 2017-19)  will be distributed from 24.01.2018 onward...
2. Admit Cards for the B.Ed. Students (3rd  Semester, Session: 2016-18) will be distributed from 24.01.2018 onward.. (Ensure Clearance of all dues in term of Tuition Fees).

Sarswati Puja Celebration:Tuition Fee

1.  All the B.Ed. & D.El.Ed.Students of this institute are requested to deposit Rs.100/- for Sarswati Puja Celebration (as decided in the meeting with students on 13.01.2018) to Students Co-ordinators/or in the college office till 17.01.18. All are invited to participate in Sarswati Puja at College Campus on 22.01.2018 & 23.01.2018.
2. All  B.Ed. Students (4^th Semester, Session: 2016-18) of this institute are requested to  clear their dues in term of tuition fees (full fee) till 30.01.2018. Admit Cards will be distributed to all the students on 30.01.2018 & 31.01.2018 only. 
3. All the B.Ed. Students (1^st Semester, Session: 2017-19) of this institute are requested to deposit Sixty Percent (60%) amount of their Total Tuition Fee till 5.02.2018 positively.
4.  Bolpur College-(303) is the Venue of Examination for the 
   B.Ed. Students (Session:2016-18 & 2017-19) of our institute for All Theory Papers.

List of Students for Evaluation of Practicum

4th Semester

1. The Orientation/Presentation on Course-VI, VIII-B X, XI (Optional), EPC-3 & EPC-4  for B.Ed. Students (4^th Semester, Session: 2016-18) is scheduled to be held on 13.01.2018. All the students are requested to remain present & participate actively on this date for abovementioned orientation. It is mandatory for all students.

2. All the B.Ed. Students (4^th Semester, Session: 2016-18) are advised for  full preparation of Final Teaching B.Ed.Examination,2017 which can be conducted at any time (between 16.01.18 to 19.01.18 & 29.01.18 to 31.01.18 for all schools) by giving a notice of one day. However in this context, students have been already intimated time to time during interaction in the college campus.

Urgent Evaluation of Practicum B.Ed. Examination,2017

1. Evaluation of Practicum (Viva) of Course-I, II, IV, V, EPC-1 B.Ed. Examination, 2017  for B.Ed. Students (2^nd Semester, Session: 2017-19) is scheduled to be held on 16^th & 17^th of January, 2018. All the students are advised to appear in the above said examination positively on above said date (s).

2. All Students can Collect their Practicum Files for Viva-Preparation on 13.01.2018 if it’s required. Otherwise they can collect these files on scheduled date(s) of examination also.

3. All B.Ed. Students (2^nd Semester, Session: 2017-19) who’ve not yet submitted their Internal Assignments (Internal Assessment) of 1^st Semester, B.Ed. Examination, 2017 are requested to submit these assignments till 17.01.2018 positively. After this date no internal assignments will be taken by the institute (award list for these students will be sent blank/or Absent Mark to B.U.)

Orientation (2nd Semester) & Meeting

1.Orientation/Presentation on Course-III,VII-A,VIII-A,IX, EPC-2 is scheduled to be held on 13.01.2018.All the B.Ed. Students (2^nd Semester, Session 2017-19) are requested to remain present & participate actively. It is Mandatory for all Students. In addition to this all are requested to communicate their First Method (M-I) of Teaching & Second Method of Teaching (M-II) till 13.01.2018 positively. It is required for the Placement of Students for School Internship (in Second Semester). 
2.All the B.Ed. (2^nd, 4^th Semester) & D.El.Ed. Students are invited to participate in the meeting (give their views) regarding Sarswati Puja Celebration  which is scheduled to be held on 13.01.2018.

Educational Excursion Programme (i.e. Project Related Task in CPS-04) is scheduled to be held on 11^th January, 2018. The Venue for Educational Excursion Programme is Panchet (J.H.) All the D.El.Ed. Students are advised to participate actively. It is mandatory for all.
