150th Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi

NOTICE

1  All the B.Ed. & D.El.Ed.  Students (1^st Semester, Session: 2018-20, 2^nd Year, Session: 2017-19) of this institute are  hereby informed that institute is going to celebrate 150^th Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 2^nd October, 2018. All students are requested to participate in the suggested activities decided in the meeting with the teachers held on 25.09.2018 to propagate Nai Talm in Camaign Mode (26.09.18 to 02.10.18). It is mandatory for all students.

Admission Fees, Tuition Fee

1. This is to notify B.Ed.Students (1^st Semester, Session: 2018-20) of this institute who’ve not yet deposited their Admission Fees (Approx.30, 000/- Thirty Thousand), they’ve to deposit their admission fees till 03.10.2018. After this date fees shall be collected with Late Fine only.                                        
2. All the B.Ed. Students (3^rd Semester, Session: 2017-19) & D.El.Ed. Students (2^nd Year, Session: 2017-19) of this institute are requested to deposit Eighty Percent (80%) amount of their Total Course Fee till 12.10.2018 positively. After this date fees shall be collected with Late Fine only.

Holiday On Account of Muharram

1.  This is to notify all the B.Ed. & D.El.Ed. Students of this institute that, the institute will remain closed on 21^st   of September, 2018 on account of Muharram. The Institute will remain open on 22^nd of September, 2018 with the normal schedule & timings.

‘Visva-Karma Puja’ ;B.Ed. Students (1st Semester, Session: 2018-20) & D.El.Ed. Students (2nd Year, Session: 2017-19)

1. All the B.Ed. & D.El.Ed students of this institute are requested to participate in the ‘Visva-Karma Puja’ which will be organsied on 17.09.2018 in the college campus at 10:30. The college shall remain closed at 2:00 PM (second half of the day) on 17.09.2018 (Monday) on the occasion of ‘Visva-Karma Puja’(as per notification No.RE-1/2/2018-19/440 dated 14.09.2018).Keeping in mind Admission of B.Ed. & D.El.Ed. Students for the Session: 2018-20, all essential services will be maintained as usual.

2. All the B.Ed. Students (1^st Semester, Session: 2018-20) & D.El.Ed. Students (2^nd Year, Session: 2017-19) are requested to attend their classes regularly. All are requested to follow the dress code & maintain the code of conduct/ ethics as explained (decided mutually) during the Orientation Programme for Trainee Teachers.

Routine/ Time- Table B.Ed.3rd Semester, Session:2017-19 ; Submission of Project & Practicum D.El.Ed. Students (Session:2017-19)

1.     All the G.L. & A.G.L. (B.Ed. Students, Session: 2017-19, 3^rd Semester) engaged in School Internship have to submit their routine/ time table in the office immediately (or through email). They’ve to inform regularly about the holidays (or declaration of Half Day/Test Examinations/ Sports Day/Excursion etc) in their school during internship period as information provided from your side will help us to give supervision duty to teacher educators in effective way.

2.     All the D.El.Ed. Students who’ve not yet submitted their Projects in CPS-2 Language (L2) English, CPS-4 Environmental Science & Practicum in Course: P-01 Pre-Internship (Process Based Teaching-Learning Skill Enhancement) Lesson Plans/Notes (Micro-Teaching)            are requested to submit their Project & Practicum till 22.09.2018 positively.
